RETURNS:

• Items must be returned to us in perfect condition in the original and undamaged packaging, if any damages accur during return transit the customer is responsible in full and no refund can be given.The total amount refunded will be the price paid less a 25% restocking charge.We will not reimburse delivery costs for non damaged items
• Under the Distance Selling Regulations Act you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of the delivery.You must obtain a PRN from customer services or by email.Items must not have been used and must be in the condition they were delivered.They must be returned to us at your cost
• We will reimburse any amounts that you have paid to us within 30 days of receiving the items less any charges that are applicable
• We recommend you take out postal insurance if returning any items to us
• We will not accept any claims for damage once a delivery note has been signed to say it has been received in perfect condition
• NO claims for damages will be accepted 48 hours after the delivery date 
• If an item has a manufacturing fault it will be collected or repaired at our expense
• To return items a PRN (product returns number) is required, you can obtain this ether by email ask@kitchenbitsdirect.com  or by contacting customer services on 0844 41 45 801 
• All deliveries should be checked at the time of delivery if there are any faults the the delivery should be refused and our customer services department should be informed immediately
• WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY COLLECTIONS FROM OUR OFFICE ADDRESS

DELIVERY UK MAINLAND:

• Free to any UK mainland address with APC Overnight up to 16.00 (overseas deliveries can be arranged)
• Carriers will attempt two deliverys without extra charge - a third attempt will incur a £12.00 re-delivery charge, alternatively you can contact the carrier and arrange to pick the item up from their depot
• Most items will be delivered within 3-7 working days, special items 4 - 6 weeks to any UK mainland address

DELIVERY EUROPE:

• We can deliver some items to Europe
• Please email for a quote and availability
• Delivery can take upto 3 weeks

AVAILABILITY:

• Items are guaranteed, subject to availability, and whilst stocks last.If the items ordered are unavailable we will contact you and arrange an alternative of equal value and quality
• We endevour to deliver the items in the time we specify, however items are subject to availability, and delay in the delivery of items is sometimes out of our control, therefore any date we specify for the delivery of the items is approximate and we are not liable for any costs, losses, damages, expenses or charges caused by any delay in the delivery of the item
